Each session is 1 hour long. Sessions are inclusive of the entire period spent in the Spa area, including showers and changing time. During your time you are welcome to make use of the Hot Tubs, Sauna and changing facilities.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your allocated time for all the members of your party to check-in and have a pre-spa shower. If you are running late, spaces will only be held for 20 minutes after your booked time.
