We will be offering the following for accessible customers:
Accessibility in the Main Arena
- Blue Badge Parking
- Raised viewing area within the Main Arena, space on this platform is limited and we therefore ask that its use is reserved for access customers and their PA’s only
- Portable ramp and handrail at Main Stage viewing platform
- Hearing Loop at Main Stage by the viewing platform and Big Kitchen demonstrations.
- Accessible toilets including accessible toilets by Main Stage viewing platform.
- Wheelchair charging area at the main stage viewing platform.

- Accessible toilets at all toilet blocks in the festival.
- Low Sensory/Chill Zone within the main arena.
- HDU/Changing places unit is between village green and accessible campsite for day and camping visitors.
- Medication storage with TLC Welfare in the main arena
- Large print menus in the information point
- Stewards to help with any difficulties that may arise over the weekend.
Accessible Campsite
- Accessible toilets, showers, and water points within the Campsite.
- 1 accessible camping pitch can accommodate up to 6 people
- HDU/Changing places unit is between village green and accessible campsite for day and camping visitors.
- Charging point at the accessible campsite.
- Accessible welcome tent.
- Buggy shuttle service from accessible camping to village green entrance and back subject to availability.
- Accessible Parking (you will need to have your blue badge on display).
- It is advised that you bring your own ear defenders with you should you need these as there will only be a limited supply available to purchase
- Stewards to help with any difficulties that may arise over the weekend.
Accessible lanyard and wristbands - The Accessible Lanyard will grant you access to all the accessible facilities at the festival, such as the High Dependency Unit and Changing Facilities. One Viewing Platform Lanyard will be given to your group for you and one guest to access the Main Stage Viewing Platform.
- DAY & WEEKEND TICKET HOLDERS: Your accessible lanyard will be available for collection from the wristband exchange tent upon arrival.
- CAMPING TICKET HOLDERS: Your wristbands and lanyard will be available from the Accessible Welcome Tent within the Access Campsite.
Please note it is advised that you bring your own ear defenders with you should you need these as there will only be a limited supply available at the festival.
