Tickets will be provided for Companions or Personal Assistants for standard adult ticket holders who require additional assistance, at no additional cost.
For those with Child and Teen tickets, a Companion or Personal Assistant ticket shall also be provided if required, at no additional cost, but the child or teen must be accompanied by a paying adult ticket holder
Please be prepared to present the relevant documentation to support your ticket request. This will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Examples of relevant documentation are as follows:
- DLA (Disability Living Allowance)
- PIP (Personal Independence Payment)
- Evidence of registered severely sight impaired (blind)
- CredAbility Access Card (with +1 icon)
- Copy of Attendance Allowance letter
- Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
- Any other relevant documentation
All documents provided must show your full name and be dated from no older than 2022.

The above scheme and facilities are for customers with permanent/ long term access requirements and are not for people with temporary impairments such as broken bones, healing wounds or people who are pregnant.
PA’s attending through this scheme need to be 18 years old by the start of the festival.
Once you arrive, you will need to collect festival accreditation.
DAY & WEEKEND TICKET HOLDERS: Your accessible lanyard will be available for collection from the wristband exchange tent upon arrival.
CAMPING TICKET HOLDERS: Your wristbands and lanyard will be available from the Accessible Welcome Tent within the Access Campsite.
The Accessible Lanyard will grant you access to all the accessible facilities at the festival, such as the High Dependancy Unit and Changing Facilities. One Viewing Platform Lanyard will be given to your group for you and one guest to access the Main Stage Viewing Platform.
If you have any issues receiving your Accessible Wristbands or Viewing Platform Lanyard, please inform a member of our stewarding team in the Accessible Campsite or the information point, who will be able to assist further.
